Health Guarantee & Warranty Policy

At Emirati Pet Shop, we are committed to ensuring that every kitten adopted through our platform is healthy and well-cared for. We work exclusively with reputable breeders who provide a standard 30-day health guarantee for all kittens purchased through our website.

Important Note

Health and pet sale regulations may vary across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. If your local laws provide a longer warranty period than our standard 30 days, those laws will take precedence.

What You Must Do After Adoption

Within 10 days of receiving your kitten, you must take your new companion to a licensed veterinarian for a complete health evaluation.

If the veterinarian confirms that the kitten was clinically ill or affected by a contagious disease that existed before delivery, you will be eligible for one of the following options:

1. Return the kitten for a full refund, or

2. Keep the kitten and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary costs, up to the purchase price.

These options are not applicable if the breeder provides a written veterinary health certificate at the time of sale that clearly discloses the condition.

30-Day Genetic / Congenital Health Coverage

If, within 30 days of adoption, a licensed veterinarian confirms that the kitten has a congenital or genetic defect that significantly affects its health—or if the kitten passes away due to a documented genetic issue—you will be eligible for the same options listed above.

Important Requirements

To qualify for this coverage, you must provide the breeder with the veterinarian’s:

• Name

• Clinic address

• Phone number

This information must be shared within two business days of the veterinarian’s diagnosis. Failure to notify the breeder within this timeframe may void the warranty.

Extended Genetic Health Guarantees

Some breeders offer extended health warranties beyond the standard 30 days. These warranties may cover specific genetic conditions and require proper veterinary testing and documentation.

Please Note

• Extended warranties do not cover routine veterinary care or general wellness expenses.

• Compensation is only provided after proper documentation is submitted and approved.

• Any extended warranty must be equal to or greater than the minimum legal requirements in your region.
